| Scope of Work | Adapt and revise the existing project design (originally developed for Algeria) to comply with Iraqi regulations, including Ministry of Health and local authority requirements. This includes site adaptation to new boundaries, reconfiguration of floor layouts (merging basement and lower ground into a new ground floor, and redefining levels), and redesign to accommodate functional changes such as the main entrance. The scope also covers coordination with multiple specialized subconsultants to ensure full technical and regulatory integration. |
